Lakewood CG Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving

Can someone who has been to Lakewood RV Resort in Myrtle Beach during Thanksgiving week tell me what kind, if any, activities they usually have for guest during the week of Thanksgiving. I called them and was told they would be providing turkey and ham for the pot luck Thanksgiving diner but said they currently have no plans in place for activities for the week of Thanksgiving. I am wandering if they usually bring in a band or bingo or what has been the case in the past. They did say there indoor pool would be open. I have never visited Lakewood as we usually stay at Myrtle Beach Travel Park. Thanks in advance.

I guess you could always head in twon for a show or something.

I have been a few times years ago for Thanksgiving but don't remember any PLANNED events. Still plenty of things to do. We actually just go back home a few hours ago from spending a week at Lakewood. Too bad we had to deal with a lot of clouds and rain this past week.

Been there the past 2 years at Thanksgiving. Wonderful time, not crowded like in the summer. Great mild weather. The only planned activity that I know of was the pot luck.

Have camped there before, but not during Thanksgiving week. With it being a christian based park and with the "High Stepping Country" stage area, I would imagine that they would have something going on that week.
