ok thank everyone for your responses, very helpful. This is the situation, we have lived all of our lives in this town. Our Sons are both married with beautiful families and did move away from here,good for them! in our retirement, God willing we would like to start a new adventure and live in another state, yet still be rather close to both our sons. we always thought we would love to sell our home and just upgrade to a motorhome and fulltime. But we want room for our families when they visit. We know it is 8yrs yet, but we need to get on some kind of track of what will be right for us. We are not rich by any means so we want to have the best retirement on a budget!!! Life is short and material things are not important to us, we want to enjoy and live life to fullest in retirement.
