They have 2 sides to the park... one is the "regular" side and the other is the resort side... it has a pool and other amenities- we stayed on the resort side. Can't answer the question about trail access.. give them a call. We rented a t-rex side by side in town and hit the trails from town ( the t-rex's are licensed there for road use to get to the trails) and had a blast
Thanks Joe...I'll call Portal tomorrow. The reviews for the Resort side were pretty good. I didn't realize that all the parks in Moab stay consistently full, even during the week.
