It's still an Encore park, so you don't need to be a member to stay. Friends were just there and happy with the place. - golf_bearsExplorerOK will check it out, thanks.
- Us_out_WestExplorerFantastic stay at Tollbridge County Park.
Tollbridge Park in Parkdale Oregon is situated near the base of Mt. Hood and is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful parks in the country.
Offers 85 campsites, 2 covered shelters, a day use area with a playground, on 100 acres and adjacent to the Hood River. 20 full hookup RV sites, 45 are partial hookup RV sites, and 20 are tent sites.

No poster so far has suggested a TT only park. And what RV park could survive only for TTs? - golf_bearsExplorerUs out West, a few questions for you. This looks like a great spot. Will I be able to get back onto 35 and head South to 26 with my 42' 5th wheel, safely? How close to Mt Hood is this park? Can I do a day trip from this park to get closer to Mt Hood?

After the eclipse is over wood like recommendations for RV parks around Mt. Hood and Crater Lake for our 42 ft. 5th wheel. Your favorite spots would be appreciated. Would like to visit both area.
Thanks in advance for your recommendations.
After the eclipse, don't get in a hurry to go anywhere. It's going to be a big traffic jam everywhere in Oregon. There is an extra 1,000,000 people in Oregon.
Most of the time I would say go to Crater Lake. Right now is not the best time to go. The west rim road was closed recently because of a forest fire, but is now open. Most of the west rim road is also under reconstruction. It will be smoky.
