If I owned a CG, I don't think I'd limit my potential campers other than one RV and toad or one 5er/TT and TV per site. I'm a single camper and stay in FHU parks all the time. I've never even seen an "Adults Only" CG. Or looked for one. I usually stay at KOAs because I want the FHUs. Many have pools and playgrounds. And families with kids. At check in, I tell them I'm not interested in the pool, so they gladly put me in a spot away from the recreation area. I'm fine with it and some family gets a spot close to kids' activities.
I'd much rather listen to kids having fun (they're RVing's future) than a bunch of drunks singing, each in their own key.
