NFS campgrounds
Have not tried NFS cgs but think that would be something I would like as I have enjoyed NP and COE sites. My question is do NFS cgs have camp hosts or any on-site rangers or security?

We camp frequently in Boise National Forest campgrounds and they have one host responsible for multiple campgrounds. The campgrounds are small with usually less than 20 sites, but the host does his rounds a few times a day. He and his wife do live at one of the campgrounds and as mentioned before they can call up the ranger if necessary.
