Bolsa Chica would be the best choice. They have 40 ft spots
It is very hard to get into, reservations thru Reserve America have to be made 6 months in advance, so if you want any chance to get a spot there in April you must be on line on the First of October at 8am PDT
I did it last year and got a spot but within 3 minutes it was full it is sometimes hit and miss and of course there are some that play a game of booking early then canceling.
Another alternative for on the beach is
Dockweiler near LAX also 40 ft spots and a 90 day reservation window. you can almost always get a nice spot with that short window. A bit of a drive to Disneyland but it is at the beach.
Then there is
Golden Shores in Long Beach, not on the beach but on the water.
