Hi everyone, This is my one and only post in response to earlier posts made by "royl".
I am the Tennessee Backwoods Woman that was mentioned in earlier posts by "royl". The posts by "royl" was so full of untruths and contradictions, I was shocked at the cruel & malicious content that spewed forth from his mind. With his mindset, we are relieved he is no longer a work camper in our park. Just to further clarify, "royl" and his wife were never placed as Asst. Managers at our park and never even considered for that position. This was something he wanted, not what we needed. We are a small park, and as one of you responded to him, why would a small park need an Asst. Manager along with several sets of work campers.
Disgruntled ex-work camper aside, the racial statements made by "royl" went way beyond proper etiquette and moral ethics. I do not care what someone may say about me, I am proud to be a Tennessee woman, but to slam another person, be it a family member or anyone else, because they can't read and write? Does that make him feel superior to the millions of people across the USA who can't read and write for whatever reason. Does he think he is a better person than they are? Your level of education does not make you the person you are. This country was founded, worked & fought for by millions who could not read & write.
As to us being "insecure" in our position here at Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel, that couldn't be further from the truth. We are very secure in our position as Managers of the park and plan on being here for many years to come according to the owners. Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel operates well with our relaxed & flexible working atmosphere, we don't need or want the strict rules & regulations and the severe structured work atmosphere needed and used by larger parks, or state & federal facilities. We want a relaxed atmosphere for our work campers & residents to enjoy their stay here, to make them feel welcome and want to come back. If being relaxed and flexible in the operation of the park does this, then so be it.
So, whether or not you believe "royl", please stop in here at Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel and find out for yourself that we have always and will continue to treat our customers, no matter their race or nationality, with the respect and service they deserve.
