Parking an RV for day use along Tahoe North Shore

We are driving up tomorrow to Tahoe and will be over nighting at a friend's house on the north shore. We want to drive our 24' motorhome down the the beach and park during the day. Does anyone know of a good spot to do this? It will not be until Monday, so we should have a better chance of getting a spot if we know where to go!

    It's been a long time since I've been there but I remember numerous parking areas along the shore. Another option is to park at one of the hotels with beachfront access. I've done this from time to time after receiving permission from the manager on duty.

    A couple of places I've offered to pay but they refused it and said we were welcomed to park. None of the hotels were crowded.
