Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

Picture Posting Help

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

Darwin, did you mean the sites are short? Some are very long and level, but there some some short and unlevel. You never know. I usually write the site numbers down of those I like. Did you visit the four other campgrounds at Rend? Did you stay there during the retreat?

Our church camp is located by a small lake, and I sometimes take my T@B there during youth camps, but for couples' retreats they like us to stay in the "dorm-style" rooms. Sending some "off" to a park would be great, though!

I realized after looking at this tread I hardly ever get pictures of our campsites. So here are a few I have taken.

This is at Ludintgon State Park in MI, in the Beechwood campground. It is one of the larger sites we've had, but not very private and the cinder block building didn't make for the best view. Our favorite loops are in the pines especially if we can get a site that backs up to the dunes. The girls love playing in the sand all day.

Same site in Ludington, with DD taking a nap in the hammock.

And this is in the WI Dells at Riverbend Campground. We were right across from the park, which we all loved. DH and I sat under the awning while the girls could play and still be supervised.

We had to back up our PUP a couple of times to get it in between the trees, but it was well worth it to have this campsite.
HAPPY CAMPING!!

This one taken from the dock. You can see site 13 in front of mine. Sites are close together, so on a crowded weekend would be tight.
