Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

Picture Posting Help

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

Site 129 in South Sandusky, Rend Lake, IL. Electric only. Level, large lot, concrete picnic table on concrete pad, firepit. Very clean showers and campsites.

Although I'm standing in a low spot and you can't see it, the lake is just beyong the circle turn-around

I agree, that's why we got rid of the big 5th wheel and went back to a hybrid, because we spend as much time outside as possible and just didn't need all of that...we very much enjoy having the tent ends, so even when we are inside, we can still "feel" like we are outside...but the best views are outside, no doubt.

Thanks, yes, every time I read negative posts on here about "dealing with canvas", I just wait for our next trip here with the "dreaded canvas"...LOL....it's not perfect all the time, but sure is perfect lots of times :B...thanks, Jennifer

Those of us who own a PUP...have a ROOM with a VIEW for sure! Boy ohhhh Boy...sometimes those views are fabulous, as your photos show!

I will never dog a persons way of camping but I must admit the best views are sitting outside & just enjoying nature, I should just own a tent because I'm never inside the trailer except for sleeping.

"bakerkids", very nice setup...I love your add-a-room, that has to be great !! Very nice. Yes, I may have posted a couple of these before, can't remember (sorry if I duplicated :)) The first few were from last weekend, so I know they weren't repeats...I love taking pictures so it's hard to keep up...happy camping....Jennifer

Oh, I love pics so seeing repeats is okay by me. They probably weren't anyway, but maybe similar. ๐Ÿ™‚

My VERY favorite place to sleep !!! Our bed hanging over Lake Lanier, just down the street from home...with today's gas prices, we feel very fortunate to have such a nice campground close by..we have had so many fun camping trips here.

Simply gorgeous! I feel that I've seen those pics. Maybe you've posted them before. Well worth another glance anyway. I love the canvas, too. I have an add-a-room, so I feel that I have the best of both worlds too. Feel like sleeping out under the canvas, do it!
