Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

Picture Posting Help

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

Can't wait for the 8' of snow to melt.
This is at Brightman Flat campground, Dardanelle, Ca. (hwy 108, Sonora pass)
There are no hookups at this CG, but water, sewer dump and store is about 1/2 mile away. Right behind trailer is the Stanislaus River.

We stayed there summer of 06. It is truely beautiful. The pictur really shows how lovely it is. There are also wild horses and deer everywhere. They walk right up to your campsites. It is truely a place I would love to go back to and will never forget.

Site #1 Bend, Texas, September 30th 2007.

Hello HECUBUS,

I'm an old Texas boy, but I had to Google Bend TX. Went to college in Georgetown, taught school a year in Comfort, and love the Hill Country.

What do you call the metal building structure in the photo? I dream of a place with that type of shelter/breeze-catcher over our 5er. Do you live there or is it just storage. Whatever... it looks great!

I would appreciate any thoughts you would care to share on your Site #1 setup, either on the forum or in a private message.

Best wisher,
David
