Purchasing a camp site in Georgia

Hello, here in Indiana it's fairly common to have yearly or seasonal camp sites as well as lots you purchase but I haven't been able to find anything like that in Georgia, preferably near Savannah. Does anyone know of a campground you can purchase lots in?

I stayed at Hardeeville RV just across the river from Savannah when relocating.
I did see signs there advertising RV lots for sale, not in the park but in the area around it, community is Levy SC.
This is located in Jasper county and there are not a lot of regulations or zoning in the rural parts of the county. It is about 15 minutes from downtown.
There are a lot of decrepit old houses in the rural part of the county so possibly getting one of those would net you a lot with well and septic in place.
There are plenty in the area that have done it that way.

Hilton Head Harbor RV and Marina is very close to Savannah and each site is privately owned. An owner can have the site rented out when not using or leave their RV setup. We donโ€™t own there but spend a week there every summer.

I can think of lots of reasons to buy a lot.
From Indiana to Georgia? No brainer.
To be near family? No brainer.
Love the beach/lakes and/or fishing? No brainer.
Ready to retire on lower income? No brainer.
With everybody on the planet buying RVs during the latest craze it is getting harder and harder to get spots when and where you want them.
I'd buy a lot in FL if only to establish domicile and avoid the BS state park roulette and the 3 month minimum rentals in private RV parks during the winter.
I found a nice one in Bluewater RV Resort in the keys for sale. Just at a million USDs :E

Why would you ever want to purchase a site and then be burdened with mintenance costs, taxes, insurance, and monthly or yearly condo fees? Just rent your Rv lot by the month wherever you find yourself!

Not near Savannah, but River Vista in Dillard, Ga sells lots. This is just off US441 at the Ga/NC line. We used to stay there quite a bit, but they began stuffing sites everywhere they could find a space big enough and the place lost it's charm for us.
