I got an email from someone already counting down the days, hours, minutes and seconds, until it starts.

Anybody else had enough of this heat?

NEWS: RV.net did an article on this in their newsletter today.

I hate to double post, but this thread seems to be getting the hits, so my question for those already here:

Anyone else here in Quartzsite using Verizon? The last couple of years it was fast & reliable. This year while a -85dBm 4G LTE signal, the download speed has been around 2mbps, and upload even slower, when it works.

My AT&T Mobley shows a weaker signal, but speeds in the 19 - 20mbps, and uploads at 9-10mbps.

With Verizon, the same slow speed shows up on both my AC791L Jetpack & an iPad so I don't think it is hardware...

We go to Quartzsite every year for a couple of days to enjoy the RV Show. Last year I wanted to combine that trip with the Lake Havasu Balloon Festival but waited too long and missed out as all of the RV sites were full.

Went online last night and got in at the Good Sam dry camping area {asphalt and gravel} 5 days for $140 which includes two admission wristbands for the Festival. Probably will only be there 4 nights as we plan on arriving on Wednesday the 17th and heading back down to the Q on Sunday the 21st. as usual, we will be towing my Harley behind our 24' Class C and plan on doing some rides in the area, Oatman and Laughlin for sure.

The RV show starts on the 19th and runs through the 28th. The dry camping area, asphalt and gravel, provides free shuttles to the Balloon Festival and is located out on the island {peninsula actually}. If you are interested in going the time to book was yesterday as sites are going fast.

You might give RV Lifestyles a call. Good people and great shop.

We have had or 5er worked on by them a few times and every time we were treated great and fairly. Don't think you could go wrong using http://www.azrvlifestyles.com/ They would follow up and tell us when parts were in and all was done to our satisfaction. James who runs service will just tell it like it is and does right by you.
Don't think they work on generators but sure they would tell you where to take it.
