OK Got it. No Never Not.

We were there for January and the RV count did seem to be way up.
Now that they have ATV trails mapped out all the way from Parker to Q to Yuma it seems more and more people are coming to ride their off-road machines.
We have been going to Q for many years and used to stay for the whole season but now just for a few weeks. Have many posts about Q over the years on the last blog listing on page 5 of the below link

I've been here since mid November at La Post West (Long Term Visitor Area). If you like crowds, include the January Big Tent week. November is still warm, but lots of booths are still closed. December is the coolest, although January nights can dip just below freezing, with days in the 50 - 70.

Right now (Early February) I've moved to the Dome Rock BLM area (3 miles west of Quartzsite) for a fiberglass trailer rally, and it is in the high 40's at night & 80's during the day.

Now, could you give me directions to the "New" Walmart & Costco? Somehow I must have missed them!

Extra people did or did not show up to visit a WM and Costco? Seems like a long way to go for that.

We found that other than the January 2-week RV Show, the vendors are very similar for the other shows. So if staying two months you'll be repeating the shows.

Phoenix is too far to go for a baseball game. Move over that direction.

Some folks can spend a whole season in Quartzsite but we always were ready to leave after two weeks.

You can visit the Yuma area or go north to Parker and Lake Havasu. Lots to do in the are but I'd move the RV to do so. Head over to Borrego Springs, CA, also. It's a neat little town with nice boondocking.

130+ miles to Phoenix.
