Anyone heard what the status is? I envision the lodge and gazebo gone and a total disaster. We have always loved to go there in the winter.Yet today phone service is out from my location.

Do a YouTube search on "Tyndall Michael" and you can see the damages. Saw a video of the campground - what is left of it. As on poster put it, no problem with satellite reception anywhere in the park.

Thanks for the tip JJ.

There is a walk thru video of that now trash dump.

Surprisingly the gazebo was not flattened and the lodge is still erect.

What a mess. Maybe it will be reopened for next winter. :(
