Wanting to visit Reno relatives. Are there good RV sites within 10-20 miles of town? I am researching costs, amenities, convenience to Reno, etc. Not finding the cost of the Boomtown KOA...I'll bet I ...

We have camped at both KOA Boomtown and Grand Sierra RV parks. I would not recommend either. They are asphalt parking lots next to a casino. Not very picturesque. We are still on a quest to find a NICE RV park in the Reno area. It is usually our last stop of our 2 week summer vacation, we will try yet another next summer.
