River vista rv resort Franklin NC

http://www.rivervistarvresort.com/

here is the website. Anyone been? kinda close to me and prices seem very reasonable and it includes heated indoor/outdoor pools with spas.

just wondering about a personal review on this cg. definitely thinking of booking

thanks
  • Stayed there twice. Nice place. Biggest hot tub I have ever seen. 2 minutes from NC. Dillard House is great for breakfast. You don't order what you want. Just sit down and they bring you everything on the breakfast menu.

Highland, NC is 30 minutes. Franklin, NC is 20 minutes.
  • Mag, thanks for the other links. I will definitely check them out. I like having options and it seems there are a few good ones in this area.
  • Boldtning, thank you for the review. I saw there were spots to own. very cool you are there now :) I didn't know it was GA. thank you for mentioning it.

Stayed there once. We felt crowded with the uber tiny lots. For the price, we felt there should have been more space between the sites.

If you want a nice cg near Franklin, try the Great Outdoors RV Resort. Better prices for larger sites. Here are the reviews

  • Am at River Vista now. Actually we own a site in the Falls View owners community which is part of the campground. River Vista is actually in Dillard, GA not Franklin, NC. Franklin is 20 minutes north on Hwy 441. River Vista is a great facility with all the amenities you'd need. You mentioned the indoor adult pool/spa but the outside pool is very nice as well. There is a covered pavilion area with a fireplace adjacent to the outdoor pool. Wooden rocking chairs in this area is a gathering place on cool evenings or any time for that matter. A large Mountain Village center with seating for a couple hundred, has a stage and 2 kitchens for rallies and special event weekends. The free wifi and cable tv are free as well. You'd enjoy it-come check it out!
