There is one RV park in Idaho Falls - Snake River RV Park http://www.snakeriverrvpark.net/
If they are full or you want other options, here are a few ideas:
http://www.co.bingham.id.us/parks_recreation/north_bingham_park.html - a county park about 15 miles south of the city.
http://www.rvparklist.com/rvpark/12304/ - this is located at a truck stop about 5 miles south of the city so it won't be scenic or quiet, but for $10/night with 50 amp electric, it's a good deal.
http://www.co.bonneville.id.us/index.php/parks-and-recreation/summer-recreation - about 15 miles north of the city - another county park.
