A lot of Nevada casinos have overnight lots where they allow RVs, but that's not a thing in Vegas. Or at least I've never seen it.
Your choices are:
* Circus Circus RV Park on the strip. It's pretty nasty, but so is the rest of Circus Circus. The only plus is that it's right on the strip. It's a long walk to the nicer casinos though.
* The Oasis RV Park at the south end of the strip. It's actually pretty nice, but it's too far to walk to the casinos and you either need to take their shuttle or an Uber/Lyft.
* Sam's Town KOA. It's in Sam's Town and not on the strip, but it's actually halfway decent. The KOA itself is just a big sweltering parking lot, but at least it isn't as nasty as Circus Circus. There are two decent casinos on either side of it, or it's a pretty short drive to the strip from there.
We've done the overnight boondocking thing in Mesquite on the way to Zion, and it was actually pretty decent. You just need to get there early enough to secure a spot. They also have a FHU RV area, but it's not free and it's harder to find availability.
The vibe in Mesquite is very different from Vegas though. It all depends on what you're looking for.
Add Clark County Shooting range, off strip but very nice view of the city nights. As a side that is the nicest range I have seen in my life, RV park is by the skeet range. Call ahead for entry & site assignment.
