X2 on KOA. - WayneLeeExplorerI have stayed twice at the Blazing Star RV Resort and found their facilities were very nice. They are located on the "West Loop" road and only a short drive to all the sites in San Antonio.

- skipncharExplorerCan't help with RV Parks but since you almo mentioned state campgrounds (I assume you would not also be open to federal campgrounds) consider Canyon Lake, Potter Creek Campground which is a COE park. Scenic with tons of wildlife in the campground. Location is half way between Austin and San Antonio making it an excellent place for activities in either city.
Good luck / Skip - sgtpp214ExplorerTravel's World no doubt. CG great with bus stop right across the street and excellant Mexican restraurant across street.
- ThumperpullExplorerIf you don't have to be in SA, Seguin is convenient on I 10 and the Rivershade RV park is really nice.
- K_sKamperExplorerTravelers World was nice, very convenient to downtown, SAS Factory and Missions.
- 4huskersExplorerTraveler's World is where we stay in SA.
