Washington State Park to handle 30' RV or RV park with easy I 5 access & perhaps to North of Seattle---40 years ago with 0ur kids & back packing tents we stopped several summers at Deception Pass State park, but now so long ago, have no idea of access & sites for a 30' motor home. Expect to be in area 2nd week of May 2015. Currently on road near Florence Oregon. Thank you for suggestions.

Also Ft. Ebey SP and Ft. Casey SP, 25-30 miles south of Deception Pass SP. Ft. Ebey is one of my favorites; sits at the confluence of Strait of San de Fuca and the Puget Sound. Beautiful scenery at all.

If you can't get in the park. there is North Whidbey Camp Grounds right across Highway 20. they have plenty spaces for you and they are cheaper.

Deception Pass State Park is still there and can handle 30+ foot coaches - although those larger spots are limited in numbers.
It's a great park, one of my favorites.
You might want to make a reservation though:
