Seven Feathers Casino Canyonville dry camping?

Howdy folks,

Does anyone know if Seven Feathers Casino still allows dry camping in their casino parking lot? If so, is it still free?

I've got a back country ski trip coming up and was brainstorming ideas for an inexpensive way to get an early start to our departure point. After camping one night, I'd need to get the casinos permission to leave the trailer there for two nights while I was off snow camping in the back country.

Any thoughts on the possibility of the casino allowing me to do this?

    The first time we were there in the 2008, 2009 time span... yes, we could park along the cemetary without any issues. The last time we were there in 2012 the rules had changed. They wanted us to park in the RV camping area which was free but very congested. We didn't stay. We were parked less than 2 feet apart.

    CAll them and ask them what the rules are.

    We there last August. There were multiple people dry camping. Avoid the Mexican restaurant in town.

    Plenty of room at 7 Feathers, still free to boon dock, even better is the rest area at 7 feathers on the service station side, up the hill next to the RV resort. This is where we overnight. The Casino Service station attendant pointed out the rest area to me when I mentioned how tight the casino boon docking area was. Not sure if Casino even owns this rest area? Long term?

    Dry camp area to the North of the Casino is fine, but at times will fill up by late afternoon. Either shuttle to the Casino, or walk across the grass up the hill to spend all your money.

    I'll need to call to see if I can leave the trailer there while I'm off skiing for two nights. If I can't leave it there, the Tiller RD office should let me leave it there if I ask ahead of time.
