Sight seeing near Destin
We are going to be at Henderson Beach State Park in Mid April for 10 days. Any suggestions for sightseeing or attractions. We are seniors but able to get around just fine. Thanks so much for any advis...

We love Seaside. We like staying at Grayton Beach State Park right outside of Seaside. We don't really do much more than the beach or pool while in Destin. We may go to a store or two and eat out, but that is about it. We normally stay at Topsail.
Some will probably recommend driving down towards Pensacola and watch the Blue Angels practice.
Perhaps you can note some of the type of sight seeing stuff you like?
