No personal experience, just did a search.

We have gone to Nuevo Progreso Mexico for many years with very good results. This is a few miles south of Weslaco in the Rio Grande Valley.

We also have our dental work done in Progresso. Over the years went to three different dentists until we settled on the one we use now. All did good work, just like this one best. Get personal recommendations from friends and neighbors down. They are not all created equal. Some have very up to date equipment and practices and some not so much so.

Wouldn't go across the Texas border. Too dangerous these days.

I like to go into the other states, didn't know they were so dangerous, is it you don't want to leave Texas or are you telling us it dangerous to enter Texas :b:b

Three places considered somewhat safe. Progresso, Progresso, and Progresso.

Actually it is Nuevo Progreso Mexico. Progreso is on the USA side.

Sorry, I was using names that most people use, I know the difference. There is actually a Progreso, Mexico down in the Yucatan.
