FYI I spoke with a neighbor camper this morning and he said that La Posa South with the dump station and potable water is crazy in the morning. That's when folks go there prior to hitting the road. His buddy said he waited over 2 hours. Afternoon is the time to go. So we headed over from La Posa West at 2:35pm. There were 10 RVs waiting to dump. It took only 35 minutes to get my turn. There are 2 stations. We dumped quick, under 5 minutes. Filled potable well water which I used a filter and added 3 ounces of bleach.
We then drove up Centeral thru the town. Stopped at the RV Pit Stop and filled my propane tank. I think it was around $2.50. They filled the tank in no time. Great service and price. I see why everyone has good comments about them.
No one was waiting at their dump stations. I don't know how much it is. If I knew the price to dump, I would have done it there if reasonable like $5-10.
We then headed back to La Posa West and got our same spot.
We noticed a significant increase in visitors at the tent today and Tyson Wells. Guess the weekend crowd is arriving.
Heading out tomorrow for sure.
