There was actually a plan at one time to build a full scale version of SS Enterprise in downtown Las Vegas, in place of the present Fremont Street Experience.
I would think this would have been a mind boggling experience to see as the Enterprise would have been as tall as the surrounding hotels and as long as the Eiffel tower in France.
Unfortunately, Paramount Pictures chief at the time ultimately killed the idea.
In its place ultimately became The Next Generation (TNG): Star Trek The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton, which lasted for 10-years. There's an interesting documentary on it on YouTube at The Final Frontier Of Star Trek: The Experience - Las Vegas
The one remaining item I kept from Star Trek The Experience below, now gathering dust on my shelf. It was a complimentary promotion during the early days of the attraction.
