Trying to locate a campsite to buy near Buckhannon, WV

We were getting ready to purchase a campsite and the owner informed me his wife showed us all the sold lots. And he told me it's not worth the investment to run utilities to the other lots unless he sells more of them. After all that, you can imagine there was no apology either. Sooooo, I am left trying to find a place with deeded lots with more privacy than your typical "RV parking lot" campground. No offense to any campers, but my wife and I are ready for a little more space and privacy without being off the grid and completely outside a campground. I may look at Revelle's in Elkins, WV. Google can only show me so much and I know someone has to know of a place we can go! Not all campgrounds are showing up on Google.
