I go to Tucson frequently and usually stay at a casino parking lot. I have a map of the BLM land around the area but have never stayed on BLM land while there. Does anyone have good camp locations, possibly the GPS location. I have a 30 foot RV and do drive on unpaved roads if they look ok. Ron

We've gone north of Tucson, off Park Link Road. 32.6127969 -111.2433766

There are four or five spots that back up to the hill there which are popular for skeet and target shooters.

You might want to scout out the road before heading in -- portions of the road traverse sand washes and may not still have the same amount of clearance for you that they had for us three years ago.

I have stayed at Snyder Hill. It can get crowed in the winter but I have always found a spot.
