Urban campsite

This location is at Centre and 3rd streets in Fernandina Beach FL. Next to it is a fire hydrant (not shown) so I guess they did it to protect the outlet from possible water intrusion. Cracked me up when I saw it.
I'm sure some will say it's photo shopped, I can assure you that it is not. Come on down if you must see it for yourself.
