Well, the DW wants to go and see it, sooo.... :W
But it won't be the whole day. Just a stop on the way. But thanks for the info. I didnt know how much is there to see and do
If she wants to see it's worth the time to do it. We all have things we want to see just because we want to see them. That's one of the perks of RVing. You see what you want to see.
It's a cute old west town complete with boardwalks. We did the train ride and enjoyed it. In the train station are maps for a self-guided tour of the town. They're pretty handy. My wife enjoyed it immensely. We highly recommend eating breakfast at the Star Bakery and Restaurant if for no other reason than to get one of their pies or cinnamon rolls. Fantastic. Go early if you want one of those giant cinnamon rolls because they sell out fast. We went as soon as they opened and had breakfast which was one of the best we've had and we picked up extra cinnamon rolls for later. Well worth the visit.
