Welton or Yuma area 1 night stop over RV park?

If you are into dry camping, turn south at the Welton exit, go over the canal past the BLM LTVA area on the left until you see a large gravel pit on the right. There is a storage unit complex past there on the east with a gravel road to the west. Turn west, use the trails to find your nirvana, 1/4mi. south and west of the gravel pit. Its state land, free to camp on. No restrictions. You will be all alone------- . We spent 2 weeks there in Feb. '13.
