About to finally buy a TT & want to stay at an oceanfront campground within 6 hours of Asheville, NC where we live. We considered outer banks but 9 hours is far for us! Edisto Island has no vacancie...

Pardon my ignorance but am I missing something here? We're going to be camping at Hunting Island in mid/late August and I know it's going to be hot, muggy (humid) and buggy but we have A/C in the rig and bug spray ... so ... again, am I missing something? Do I need to plan for other issues?
