Planning a trip for summer 2017. when should I be calling to book at Fishing Bridge? and since its its close when for Colter Bay? Thanks!

I reserved for Fishing Bridge in beginning of January 2015 and by mid Jan it was full for our July 2015 dates. I waited for Colter Bay till end of Jan and didn't get the dates I needed.
