Yuma properties

Would anyone have email addresses of any property listings in the Yuma area. We have been looking for a spot to winter. Thanks for any info.

Most of the RV parks have tons of Park Model trailers to purchase.

Also Google the Foothills in Yuma for properties.
  • We need allot more information as to what you are looking for. Location, size, rv parking or park model? House or apartment?
  • Call Cocopah RV and Golf Resort on Sat Sun or Mon and ask for Jan. If you don't golf, no problem. They have every activity you can imagine. This is possibly the best snowbird place in Yuma. That's why they are 98% full. The phone number is 1-800-537-7901.
  • Try Craigslist Yuma, click on RV then click on housing, then click on vac rentals. It is a lot cheaper and a lot more private to rent from a person who owns there own lot and rents spots out. They go from $200 a month up. The lots are approx. 65 ft x 112 ft. You normally rent one side. Very private as a lot of the lots have 6ft brick walls on 3 sides and 3 ft in the front. If you need more info send me a private message as I have 13 lots But mine are all rented for the season but I have been doing this for 16 years and can give you info on Parks, private lots etc. Again mine are all rented and I am not trying to drum up business as most of my renters have been with me for 10 years or so and come back yr after yr
  • It's a lot easier to rent then to sell in Yuma.

Unless you've wintered in Yuma previously and really like it, if you have a RV, why not move around during the winters? Test out different areas; different states. Yuma is quite different than Wisconsin! :)

    Really good advice!

We'll head out there this spring for the first time so I've been asking around. Some say they love it, others said they were out there for a week and it was four days to long.

If you got wheels, fuel is cheap this winter, why not test a bunch of places out for size and fit.
  • I asked my parents several times why they kept going back to Yuma each winter. Their answer was that they went the first year and returned each year for twelve years to be with the friends they met the first year. We spent a week at Cocopah last year at this time. Nice respect and but no reason to return to Yuma, as we like Gold Canyon, and today made our deposit for next winter again at Canyon Vistas RV Resort.
