I am Lori Palacio of Vacaville California. I bought my beautiful 2019 Forest River Cardinal Explorer in November 2023 @The Roseville location. I was promised the moon and stars when I brought my full time home. It’s been anything but a supportive on their part. The second day in my home, my inverter quit working and that meant my refrigerator didn’t work. I try to get somebody out here to fix it and it took a week and a half to get somebody out to fix it. my 5th wheel is stationary I don’t have a truck to pull it to take it in. When they did come out, they got the inverter to work for one day and then it quit working again. I have been trying for the last three weeks to get them back out here to fix this. I have called them, I have physically gone into the Vacaville store to talk to them about getting somebody out here. I’m having to plug my refrigerator in with an extension cord. I find it very disruptive in my life Every time I call, I get an excuse that why they can’t come to the phone such as they are with somebody else or they’re on the other line they never return my phone calls. When I do finally do get somebody on the phone they say oh we will call you right back and they never do. I physically went in and talked to Joe the manager and he said he was going to have CJ over at my place the following day. He never showed up I never got a phone call! I took the day off from work to be here. It’s been sheer disaster. now I’ve got another situation I have the extended warranty I paid a pretty penny for it over for $5000. I now have a stuck black water gate. I can’t get it to open at all. It doesn’t matter how much weight you pull on it. It just won’t open and now I’m trying to get them to fix that and I still can’t get anyone answer the phone or at least talk to me All I can say is am so sorry I bought from campers world. I am so wounded by this is ridiculous behavior. I don’t know what else I could do other than maybe sue them. And I have not even yelled or threatened or anything with these guys, but boy I’m starting to feel like it. I’m being disrespected and treated poorly. Is there anybody else out there that’s been treated as chili as I have if you have, please let me know or if you did and got some relief from their craziness can you tell me how you did it because I’m at my wits end I don’t have a toilet anymore or refrigerator. This sucks!
