Service Quality

So, if you are reading this, it kind of means you bought into the entire “GoodSam” community BS!  So sorry. I was lead on by GS for days in a row hours each day for help - to absolutely no avail.  I am extremely troubled by their lack of any type of effort at all.  I was lucky, I had problems in a campground - very safe.  What if you are needing help and on the interstate?  Perhaps with your family?  Someone is going to get hurt waiting on ineffective assistance and extremely unethical business  practices. For the love of God - do not count on their assistance at all.  They are also treating the wrecker/mobile rv services in the same way.  I’ve learned so much since buying my class A, but the most important lesson - don’t count on GS!

    Sorry to hear about your problems with GS. I never had their insurance, or any type of RV insurance for that matter.

    We did stay at Good Sam parks with no complaint. I am sure others here may help you out.
