A before and after picture of my 84 Camper.

Wondered across a picture of my 1984 Leisure Craft Camper the day I bought it. Just finished installing all my new marker lights, painting the stripes, frame etc. Tearing out floor and redoing, Laying tile, recovering cousins, Painting entire interior, Installing 26inch TV, Microwave, 4.5 CF fridge. Got a lot of time invested but the thing is looking great. I'll post more pictures once I'm 100% done.

Please tell me what you used to restore the finish on the aluminum siding. I have one that I have tried everything I can think of and it still looks dull and faded out. Thanks.

I'm interested as well.

Its still faded, but looks a lot better than it did. I pressure washed it first obviously. I then took a solution of bleach and water and just dipped a long carwash brush in the solution and scrubbed the entire camper down. During this process I saw a lot of old paint coming off and had to be cautious of just how much was actually going to be left on. I would wash a section and quickly rinse it off really good with the hose. There was two places on the very front of the camper on each side of the window shield that stripped down slightly to the bear metal. Not sure why this area did that but wasn't a big deal to me since I found a Rustoleum paint in Satin that matches perfect. Now I did repaint all the stripes too. As for the entire finish on my camper from before to after has went from Maybe a Flat or a eggshell to a satin finish.

I'll try to post some more pictures today. I've been trying to find all my "before" pictures that's somewhere in my 3TB HD. Was wanting to post before and afters side by side. Sorry for delay and thanks for everyone's remarks. Worked 30 hours OT this week. Been hard finding computer time.
