Not sure that flange would work. I'll run that by my carpenter. I like the idea of reducing the cabinet size and angling it to give more knee room. I am going to seriously look at the addition of a fold away door spacer suggested earlier. That sounds like an idea that I am 100% capable of tackling. Several good options posted here and honestly, the wife hates the accordion door idea. I've been vetoed on that for the bathroom. Lol. Still considering the accordion door to use in place of the curtain separating the bedroom and kitchen.
