Broke a faucet handle... Replace handle or faucet?

So I did a bad thing... I broke a faucet handle. I'm torn between trying to find a replacement handle - and the hassle of figuring out who made it, getting the right color (if they even have it),...

Pex is not code here so we cannot get the fittings, etc.
