You should find 4 bolts that go into the top of the Apollo from the cabinet above it. When they are removed the unit will pivot forward from a J hook bracket mounted on the wall behind it.
Were you able to find any oven that was the same width as the Apollo? Mine is still working so far, but I will be faced with this eventually.
