Plenty of mounts like
this on Ebay. Plenty of posts of how others have done this on
here. I'd look for a LED TV as they draw very little power.
*On second thought: look at my
post. While my TV over centers so it lays flat by it's own weight... you could make side L arms (mine are U) where the TV sticks further out when flat and would lower down more than mine does when vertical. You could also make it where it goes more than 90 degrees so it would be pointing down some.
This TV is different from the one in the "post" above as I changed it out and went with a larger LED with a Matte finish.
The bolt on the side of the grey arm is the pivot point for my mount which is about heRe.
