My OFF-ROAD POPUP came with these light/fan combo unit you can hang almost anywhere. They operate from 12VDC and the ceiling lamp next to both BED ENDS has the LARGE PHONE PLUG type connector installed in it.
My two bed end fans lasted about one season...
I now use the O2COOL 10-inch portable fan (LOWES-WALMART) like mentioned above that will run from 120VAC, 12VDC, or D-CELLS installed inside the fan.
Much better thing to have for us... I carry two of them on my trips.
