Fleetwood Flair 1993 class engine problems

When driving the engine started losing power and popped off a vacuum hose from the right side air filter,,the circle 1 on right side,,,it's a 454 engine,,coasted into a biglots parking lot been stuck for days,,I need help,,,I put new hose on but won't start,,put new ignition ituon sensor on new distributor cap new coil new plugs n wires,,I was told it jumped timing or blown head gasket,,I was taking off radiator to get to timing stuff and bottom 2 hoses in radiator had oil in them,,is that a sign of blown head gasket or just oil from the air conditioner co.pressor thingy?,,,anyone have any advice that will help me ,,,I can't afford to ha e a mechanic look at it,,.y wife and I and puppydog live in this thing since our house burnt down and I need to get it running,,,it has an obd1 connecter and I tried ju.ping a and b wire but the light doesn't flash,,I'm good at fixing stuff but I'm in way over my head with this,,ty for any advice..ty
