Is there an affordable portable set on steps or deck

I am curious how cumbersome these are to put up and store. I saw the Sunrise listed it weighed 160lbs.. As an over 55, female with arthritis in some of my joints I can't imagine being able to set it up. Love the idea, for staying put for a longer time, but would love more info on setting them up and stowing for travel.
