I don't use a mount for my WeberQ, I instead use a 2X4 foot folding table with the grill on one end leaving me a work surface on the other. As far as a portable grill with a rotisserie, I have the rotisserie attachment for my Weber Kettle, it`s awesome.

I have my Weber Q200 series mounted to my rear bumper. I bought the swing mount from billsbumperq.com Great and very strong system. My camper did not have an option from the factory.

If your are Weber Q dude, you will NOT like the RV500 grill. It is the cheapest grill that would come with a trailer.
