Philips 18W LED bulbs not for enclosed fixtures

Just bought and installed some of these bulbs. Of course my wife reads on the package after the install that they are not for enclosed fixtures. I save the packages and will return them. Thought I ...

Not trying to put you down for that, sorry if it came off that way. I could build my own as well, but with 28 fixtures, it's alot more than I want to take on when it's so easy and inexpensive to buy units that are now so clean and efficient.
