replumb for more pressure
i need to know what is needed in addition to new plumbing to bring internal pressure to 70+.

You will have to replace all of the PEX connections in the RV. They probably won't take that pressure continually for an extended period. The PEX tubing, itself, probably will be OK. The cheap faucets/toilets also are suspect, and should be replaced with units that will take that pressure.
