spare tire holder

Question

I have a class c 22ft freedom elite. I have a hitch mount cargo carrier. I need to put a spare tire somewhere, underneath is not an option , no room. I thought a bumper mount was the option, but the 16 in tire doesn't clear the cargo carrier, It needs to be higher.
ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS

I had a bornfree no spare, so I bought just the tire put it in a vinyl bag latched down on the roof carrier. never had to use it.

With a hitch mount cargo carrier, you can't put the spare on that and then pile stuff on it? Or put the spar under the cargo carrier?

Ever thought about a front mount spare? Try to test it though, to make sure the spare doesn't block too much airflow to the engine radiator.
