I held the indoor lock up to where it cleared everything and was accessible through the screen-door opening. Marked the center, drilled an 1/8 hole all the way though the door to the outside used a level to project the center over to the door edge. the only issue I ran in to was the outside door frame was not designed so I could drill a 1" hole to put the deadbolt in, the way the aluminum was extruded, maybe could have drimmeled it out, but I just took the rod out of the deadbolt and put the dead bolt though the lock mechanism hole and them screwed the rod back in the deadbolt. Other than the edges all that was inside the door was foam.
